Cocktail Recipe

Take pomegranates and muddle in shaker. Add Siempre Tequila, pressed lime juice and cinnamon syrup. Add ice and shake. Double strain over new ice into a copper mug and top off with ginger beer


2 oz. Siempre Tequila
1 oz. cinnamon tea simple syrup
3/4 oz. fresh Pressed pomegranate
or POM juice
1/2 oz. pressed lime juice
*Fill with Ginger beer

How to make Cinnamon Syrup:

In a small pot place 2 cinnamon sticks
Add 1 ½ cup of water and allow to boil for 10 minutes
Add 1 cup of sugar
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes
Once cooled down strain with a fine mesh strainer and store in fridge for up to 1 week
